Women Who Succeed Event

Success in Education is a non-profit organization. They have built a program called Women Who Succeed. The program has high social status women as members and donors.

Erin with Success in Education approached me about a virtual meeting they are wanting to run with their Women Who Succeed members. This meeting would contain 100+ influential leaders. Erin’s goal for the meeting was to give opportunities for the group to provide feedback on the program and give them opportunities to network through breakout activities.

Erin and I had a meeting to go over the meeting details. We discussed the agenda, preferred flow, breakout details, pre-session tech email, and detailed analytics. Erin knew our audience would include some participants who are not tech savvy. In an effort to help them feel comfortable joining and utilizing the platform, she requested I send a producer email to the group the day before the session. Here is what this email looked like.

Erin also requested I do a more detailed lobby/introduction for the group including sharing my housekeeping slides. Here is what this looked like:

We ran one breakout in this session. Groups of 5-6 for 15 minutes. Some group preferences were sent to me prior to the session. After the session, Erin requested I provide more detailed analytics including chat transcript, mp3 recording, detailed login/logout report, group screenshots, and poll results.
