Creating an exceptional virtual intro and lobby

You know that time when the virtual audience is sitting in silence waiting for class to start? Most of the group uses these few extra minutes to get things done. Not in my classes! I call this the Golden Minute. This is time I can make the group feel welcome, orient them to the platform, and set expectations for the time spent with the facilitator.
